Silent Buildings | 01.01.2017

Every year on New Years Day, I try to go urban exploring.

This year I explored an abandoned warehouse space and its adjacent offices. I am fascinated by the abandoned spaces that once made up a large part of the lives of so many. This warehouse was the home of light manufacturing for more than 80 years. Today, the rooms sit silent. We are all just renting.

Winter is always slow for photography, but the endless days of gray light provide me with ample time to focus on writing and design.
