Irene's Runoff

A week to the day after Hurricane/Tropical Storm Irene dumped inches of rain on New York and New England, water levels throughout the area are still running high with chocolate mile colored runoff. More heavy rain is expected this weekend and remnants of Tropical Storm Lee are expected later this week. Potential for flooding remains high.
