Back in February, I got the chance to spend the day photographing the chair New York State's Public Service Commission for The Rocky Mountain Institute's Solutions Journal. The Summer 2015 edition was just released. As an access junky, I love the assignments that afford me the opportunity to go behind the scenes and see things that would be otherwise impossible.
